Weeeelll first off you're going to need some way for them to get the money to you and PayPal is the most common form of payment over the internet. But you need ot be 18 to sign up (I need to convince my mum to sign up for me TT) so once you get that all you really have to do is set up a journal entry which discusses prices for various things like (some examples of wot you could use):

-Clean Sketch (Or comp lineart) $-
-Cell Shaded $-
-Block Shading (I don't know wot you'd call it Your oekaki's like the "wosh" wolf pic. $-
-Trad: Pencil Shading $-
-Trad: Colour Pencil $-

and anything else ^_^ And then you give an example thumbnail next to it of wot the work is like.
